Introduction


    Erasmus+ programme involves a learning mobility called Job-Shadowing, consisting of some teachers of a school observing how other mates do it in their lessons in their own location.
    In this case, we are Juan (English teacher) and Belén (Maths), from IES Ginés Pérez Chirinos, who are shadowing some other teachers from the school RSG Enkhuizen (Netherlands).
    We are here to observe several things: how they implement CLIL in the classroom, how they work innovation, creativity, sustainability, culture, diversity, inclusion, participation in democratic life and, of course, the Dutch education system.
